RemindersEntry requirements vary depending on if you are a home or overseas student. Please read about the entry requirements of the programme before submitting your application. Places on our postgraduate courses are often limited, so we recommend that you apply as early as possible. Check the programme key facts for intake dates or funding deadlines where appropriate.
Complete the Application FormYour personal student advisor from the Recruitment Team can assist you in completing the corresponding Application Form sent to you if need be. After which you will need to collate all relevant documents and send them, along with your completed Application Form, to your advisor.
RemindersMake sure you have all your supporting documents scanned. Admission documents required vary from course to course, so we strongly recommend that you check the programme entry requirements in advance. You can find a list of relevant admission documents on the Course Brochure.
Receive your resultsUpon receipt of the Application Form, all your documents will be submitted for consideration by the Academic Board. The Academic Board consists of senior academics at ICSB, and meets weekly to assess applicants’ eligibility for their chosen programme using the highest academic standards. After careful consideration you will receive one of the following offers:
- An unconditional offer. This usually comes as a Letter of Acceptance and means that you have successfully met all the requirements and have been accepted into your chosen programme.
- A conditional offer. This means that you have been accepted into the programme, on the condition that you fulfil whatever requirement may be left before you can proceed with your course.
Code of Conduct
Students are expected to conduct themselves at all times in a manner which demonstrates respect for the School her staffs, fellow students and property (whether tangible or intangible), and in adherence to these terms.
Breaches of the Student Code of Conduct and individual programme regulations can amount to gross misconduct, and can lead to expulsion from study, and forfeiture of all fees.
The School reserves the right to dismiss any student at any time for non-payment of fees or lack of attendance. No fees will be refunded to any student dismissed under this section.
By using this Website and the Online Content and Courses, you confirm that you have read, agree and are in compliance with these Terms and the Policies (each as amended from time to time). Use of the Website and access to the Online Content and Courses by anyone under the age of 13 is strictly prohibited.
Your use of and access to this Website and the Online Content and Courses are subject to the following conditions (“Acceptable Use Conditions”), and you agree that failure to comply with any one of the Acceptable Use Conditions will constitute a breach of these Terms. The Acceptable Use Conditions are as follows:

- You agree not to frame the Website or the Online Content and Courses, place pop-up windows over its pages, or otherwise affect the display of its pages;
- You agree not to access or attempt to access any other Visitor or Learner’s account or falsely state, impersonate, or otherwise misrepresent your identity, including but not limited misrepresenting your affiliations with a person or entity, past or present;
- You agree not to force headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any communication transmitted through the Website; and
- You agree not to send, knowingly receive, submit, download, use or re-use any material which does not comply with these Terms and the Policies).
You agree to comply with these Terms in relation to any Learner Content (as defined below) provided by you in connection with the Online Content and Courses and in connection with the ability to post messages (as further detailed in the paragraphs below).
We grant the operators of public search engines permission to use spiders to copy materials from the site for the sole purpose of creating publicly available searchable indices of the materials, but not caches or archives of such materials. We reserve the right to revoke these exceptions, either generally or in specific cases.
You acknowledge and agree that the form and nature of the Website and Online Content and Courses which we provide may change from time to time without prior notice to you.
Whilst we do all we can to ensure that the Online Content and Courses are of a high standard, you understand and acknowledge that, in using the Website and Online Content and Courses, you may be exposed to content from our Partner Institutions that is factually inaccurate, offensive if taken out of context, indecent to certain people, or otherwise objectionable to you. We are not responsible (legally or otherwise) for any claims you may have against us in relation to this type of content.
You acknowledge and agree that we may stop (permanently or temporarily) providing the Website, Online Content and Courses (or any part of the Online Content and Courses) to you or to Learners generally for whatever reason, at our sole discretion, without prior notice to you.
You agree that you are solely responsible for (and that we have no responsibility to you or to any third party for) any breach of your obligations under the Terms and for the consequences of that breach (including, but not limited to, any loss or damage which you or any third party may suffer).
General Refund Policy
Tuition Fee Refunds
All applications for a Tuition Fee refund must be made at least 28 days (4 weeks) to the commencement date of the Course in order to have a full refund of your Tuition Fee.
Registration Fee is non-refundable
There would be no refund for any application (for Tuition Fee refund) made less than 14 days to the commencement date of the Course. (Please see: Terms & Conditions – Registration and Programmes of Study for more details).
All applications for a Tuition Fee refund are subject to an administrative charge. This would be detailed in your Invoice or Payment Page.
Method of Payment
Refunds will only be made using the original method of payment and to the person who made the original payment.
Disbursements to 3rd parties
Any fees payable by the School on behalf of the student or in connection with the student’s application to a third-party (for example, courier fees, Registration fees payable to the accrediting bodies, Progression Fees etc.) are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Refund Policy – Professional Certificate Courses (Short Courses)
Once payment is received and the immediate access to the ICSB Online Study Portal is available to the student, refunds are not available. This does not affect your statutory rights.
The immediate accessibility of the ICSB Online Study Portal is only available to the student when payment has been made in full and funds cleared and in any variance of this term shall be upon such terms as Intercontinental School of Business and Management dictates.
Please ensure that you choose the exact Course you would like to study before paying for it.
Access to courses and quizzes is limited to two (2) weeks, from the date of enrolment. In exceptional circumstances, this may be extended.
There are only three (3) attempts for quizzes as long payments have been cleared. If all three (3) attempt are exhausted, then you will need to enrol for the course again.
Our Professional Certificate Courses (Short Courses) are for a duration of 2 weeks of which afterwards, though you can access your Certificate for download, your Course will have expired.
Refund Policy – Online & Classroom Programmes
Registration: On the submission of the Registration for any of our Online or Classroom Courses, you are required to pay a Registration Fee. It is only after the payment of your Registration Fee that your Conditional Offer Letter would be processed.
Please note that the Registration Fee is non-refundable.
Tuition Fees: On the receipt of your Conditional Offer Letter, you are required to pay your Tuition Fee. Please note that full payment must be received prior to the course commencement in order to confirm your place. Only those who have paid the fees in full will be admitted to the course
Cancellations & Deferrals: cancellations must be received in writing at least 4 weeks before the commencement date of the Session you are registered for. Otherwise it is upon ICSB’s discretion.
If you cancel 14 days to the Session registered for, a 10% administration charge on the Tuition Fee would be deducted from the amount refunded back to you, asides from the Registration Fee.
No refund would be given for Cancellations 12 days to the Programme of which there would still be a 10% administrative charge on the Tuition Fee for deferment to another Session.
By the 3rd deferment, there would be a 15% administrative charge on the Tuition Fee for the Session.
There would be a 20% administrative charge on the Tuition Fee for the 4th deferment and no more deferment after this 4th Session.
This means that failure to attend the 4th Session at the 20% Administrative charge on the Tuition Fee would mean your initial Tuition Fee paid is forfeit.
Refund Policy – Credit-bearing Programmes (Level 4, 5, 7 and International Postgraduate Diploma Programmes)
Once payment is received and the immediate access to the ICSB Online Study Portal is available to the student, refunds are not available. This does not affect your statutory rights.
The immediate accessibility of the ICSB Online Study Portal is only available to the student when payment has been made in full and funds cleared and in any variance of this term shall be upon such terms as Intercontinental School of Business and Management dictates.
Access to modules and assessments is limited to 5 (five) years, from the date of enrolment. In exceptional circumstances, this may be extended.
Assessments can be re-sit as many times as required within the 5year period as long payments have been cleared.
Failure to keep up with your monthly payments may incur a £50 admin fee and suspension of your online account.
If students fail to keep up with monthly payments, any free items received will need to return to the Intercontinental School of Business and Management.
All Student payments need to be completed before the final awarding body certificate is provided to the student.
Refund Policy – Top-up Degree
- All Top-up fees are subject to change by the Universities without prior notice to colleges.
- All certificates are issued directly by the Universities.
- Top-up may be delivered by 3rd Party colleges.
- None of the top-up courses are delivered by ICSB.
- ICSB is only responsible for the delivery of Level 4, 5, and 7 Diploma.

All Top-up Fees paid on behalf of students to the Universities are inclusive of an Administrative charge. This Fee might therefore vary from what the Universities have listed on their website. We do not offer refund for the administrative charge once the service has been delivered, i.e once the student has been successfully placed on to the Top-up Degree.
Once payment is received and remitted to the affiliate University as well, there is no refund available.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

Administrative and Academic Headquarters
Intercontinental School of Business and Management is registered in the Nigeria with Corporate Affairs Commission, under the Companies and Allied Matters Acts with CAC number RC1691271 and located at No 30, Lobito Crescent, Wuse 2, FCT, Abuja, Nigeria.
The ICSB Administrative Headquarters is in charge of all Student Fee Collection and thus all base Fees are in US Dollars, British Pounds and Nigeria Naira.
These two companies will be referred to as (“we”, “us” and “our”).

Definitions and Contract
In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply to the Contract you have with us:
The date on which the Course or Training Commences.
The legally-binding arrangement that you and we enter into when you accept a place to study any of our Courses/Training/Programmes/Programmes and Training as stated on our Website. The terms of the contract are set out in these terms and conditions, as well as other relevant documents to which they refer.
A taught or research-based course that, together with other Courses/Training/Programmes/Programmes, makes up your Course/Training/Programme. Intellectual Property Rights patents, rights to inventions, copyright and related rights, trademarks, business names and domain names, rights in get-up, goodwill and the right to sue for passing off, rights in designs, database rights, rights to use, and protect the confidentiality of, confidential information (including know-how), and all other intellectual property rights, in each case, whether registered or unregistered and including all applications and rights to apply for and be granted, renewals or extensions of, and rights to claim priority from, such rights and all similar or equivalent rights or forms of protection which subsist or will subsist now or in the future in any part of the world.
Any third party which may pay your tuition fees.
The Tuition Fees that you owe us for the teaching, administration and other academic services related to Course/Training/Programme.
‘We’, ‘Us’ and ‘Our’
Intercontinental School of Business and Management which makes up both our Academic Headquarters and our Administrative Headquarters; with whom you will be entering the Contract.
‘You’ and ‘Your’
You, the student, who will be attending the programme.
The Registration Fee you pay before you can access the Application Form for your desired Course/Training/Programme.
The filling out of the Online Application Form or the E-Application Form sent to your Email address.
Conditional/Unconditional Admission to study your preferred Course of which means you will have entered into a legally binding contract with us. This Contract requires you to abide by our Terms and Conditions.
Your filling out the Online Application or E-Application Form, submitting and paying the Registration Fee will indicate to us that you have sufficient funds to pay the required fees, as well as your expenses for the duration of the programme. As the contracting party, we will hold you liable for all Fees which you may owe us.
We reserve the right to withdraw any offer that we have made to you if it becomes apparent that your application is inaccurate or incomplete.
Fees and information concerning how to pay for Your Programme can be found either on the Website (in your local currency) or on your invoice if manually sent to you from our Accounts Department.
Please note that the ICSB Administrative Headquarters is in charge of all Student Fee Collection and thus all base Fees are in US Dollars, British Pounds and Nigeria Naira.
You will either be directed to a Payment page on our website or be manually sent an invoice for your Fees which you must pay according to the terms stated in your invoice, payment page and this Terms and Conditions. We will accept payment of Your Fees by a Sponsor but will consider you to be responsible, and therefore liable, for Your Fees. We may withdraw your place and terminate the contract between you and us if you or your Sponsor fails to pay your Fees by the required deadline.
Cancellations & Deferrals
Kindly refer to our cancellation and deferral policies under (Registration and Programmes of Study).
By accepting the offer of a place on the Programme in the process stated above, You agree to all our terms and conditions.
Save for the reasons set out above, we will use our best endeavours to deliver the Course/Training/Programme to you as it is set out on our Website or Off-the-shelf Brochures. We will grant you access to academic services, including the use of our I.T facilities if applicable.
We will endeavour to resolve any issues, concerns or complaints which you bring to our attention as efficiently and thoroughly as is possible in the circumstances.
We will comply with all relevant legislation, which includes the Data Protection Act 1998, which is reflected in Our Data Protection Policy Liability.
We will only be liable for refunds of fees paid, as explained Refunds Terms and conditions. We will not be liable for any damage, loss, personal injury or other costs or expenses which are incurred because of any unlawful, unreasonable or unwarranted action, behaviour, omission or decision by you or any third party.
You will be liable for any damage or loss which we incur as a result of any unlawful, negligent, unreasonable or unwarranted action, behaviour, omission or decision on your part. You will be liable for the payment of your fees by the specified deadline in your fee invoice.
As the ‘Creator’ of your academic work, you will normally own the Intellectual property rights to it, provided such work has been solely created by you and does not infringe any third party Intellectual property rights (We shall have no liability in respect of such intellectual property rights).
We will comply with the Data Protection Act 1998. Unless You inform Us otherwise: We will retain Your personal information to contact You with marketing information and other School-related information that We would normally send to Our alumni; We will ask You to complete anonymous evaluation surveys at the end of Your Programme, the results of which We will circulate to relevant members in the School and externally for marketing purposes only Unless You write to Us to tell Us otherwise, We will use video and photographic images of Your Programme for promotional campaigns and engage with the wider community.
Enforcement and Termination
We will terminate your contract and registration with us if we consider you to be in breach of any of these terms and condition, which includes you not complying with other relevant rules, regulations and academic requirements, including those listed above. Any waiver of, or failure to enforce the terms or conditions of this Contract will not mean a continual waiver or prevent enforcement in future. The terms of the Contract shall not be enforceable by any party who is not a party to it.
The Contract and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. The Contract constitutes the entire agreement between you and us and supersedes all previous agreements between you and us, whether written or oral.
In the case of Course/Training/Programmes fulfilled in a digital format, including but not limited to digital certificates, you are strictly prohibited from attempting to extract any element of the document and from editing or creating a new document based on the digital Course/Training/Programme.
Please note that separate Terms and Conditions may apply to Courses/Training/Programmes/Programmes that are to be fulfilled by third-party providers.
You should also be aware that:
Registrations for Courses/Training/Programmes to be fulfilled by a third party (“Third Party providers”)
In addition to Intercontinental School of Business and Management Courses/ Training/ Programmes, we may offer Third-Party Courses/Training/Programmes through the Intercontinental School of Business and Management website from time to time, including, for example, Bachelor or Master Degree Top-up Programmes administered by third-party providers (our affiliate UK Universities). When you opt for a Third Party Course/Training/Programme through the Intercontinental School of Business and Management website, you acknowledge that Intercontinental School of Business and Management is administering your registration only to take payment and forward your registration to the third-party provider, for ease of use.
We do not have possession of any Third Party Courses/Training/Programmes listed or offered through the Intercontinental School of Business and Management website, and we are not involved in the actual teaching between you and the third-party provider. The contract for studying with the Third Party provider is directly between you and the third-party provider. You acknowledge that no contract for studying with the third party provider will subsist at any point between you and us.
All registrations for Third-Party Courses/Training/Programmes will be subject to the terms of the third party provider you are studying with, as notified to you by that third party provider once your registration has been submitted and offer to study the Course granted. When registering for a Third Party Course, you agree that any information you provide to us in connection with your registration may be shared with the Third Party provider to process your registration.
The images of the Courses/Training/Programmes on our website are for illustrative purposes only.
Fees and Delivery
The Fee of any Course/Training/Programmes that you register for through the Intercontinental School of Business and Management website will be as quoted on our website (as amended from time to time).
The fees quoted for the Courses/Training/Programmes on our website do not include VAT. Though the Fee payable may be displayed in your local currency, the base Fee is in the Nigerian (NGR) Naira or US Dollar and British Pounds equivalent and payments are collected in Dollar, Pounds and Naira. The total amount due will be confirmed on the payment page or the manually sent Invoice for payment.
Listed fees may change at any time, but such changes will not affect ongoing fees being paid for the Course/Training/Programme registered for before the amendment taking effect.
Ownership of the Intercontinental School of Business and Management
Course/Training/Programmes you have registered for will only pass to you when we have received the Instalment or full payment, from you. However, once you have been given access to the Intercontinental School of Business and Management Course/ Training/ Programmes you have registered for, they are your responsibility. The Intercontinental School of Business and Management Course/Training/Programmes are held at your risk from the time of access or commencement of the Course/Training/Programme.
We aim to give you access to an off-the-shelf customized Intercontinental School of Business and Management Course/Training/Programmes not listed on our website; within six (6) to eight (8) weeks of requesting and paying a Commitment for the Course/ Training/ Programme.
We aim to give you access to our shelf Courses as listed on our website as soon as the registration process is complete and the stated commencement date is reached. If we are unable to do this, we will contact you to offer a new delivery date. If this new date is not acceptable, you may cancel your order and receive a full refund.
Delivery fees for an off-the-shelf customized Intercontinental School of Business and Management Course/Training/Programmes not listed on our website will be made available to you before an Invoice is sent on request. The exact delivery time for the Course/ Training/Programme will also be outlined in the Proposal sent to you.
We may need to update these Terms (as well as any other policies or guidance we issue) from time to time to comply with the law or to meet our changing business requirements, without notice to you. Any updates or amendments will be posted on the website. Besides, we reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the sale of certain Course/Training/Programmes with or without notice to you and we will not be liable to you or any third party for any such modifications, suspension or termination. By continuing to use the Website, you agree to be bound by the terms of these updates and amendments.
By choosing a Course to study on the website:
You accept and agree to be bound by these Terms;
Where you are not a UK resident, you confirm to us that there is nothing in the laws governing the place where you live that would make it illegal or unlawful for you to study through us;
You confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
These terms and conditions (the “Studying with ICSB”) set out how we deliver our Courses/Training/Programmes to you. In particular, these Terms will apply when you choose to study a Course/Training/Programme listed on our website or choose to opt for off-the-shelf customized Courses/Training/Programmes which you may want us to deliver or facilitate for you.
